Privacy and Compliance

EveryChild participants' information is protected under our HIPAA Privacy Policy. EveryChild’s website is hosted by Squarespace.com (privacy policy). Data submitted with inquiries via forms on the “Contact Us” page is maintained by EveryChild solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries. EveryChild utilizes Google Analytics (privacy policy) to view high-level and anonymous data regarding website visitors. This data is provided to EveryChild by Google Analytics and not stored outside of the Google Analytics environment.  Donor and donation information is stored by Qgiv (privacy policy), the online fundraising and donor/donation management system used by the EveryChild. Third party platforms that store and process donor information are protected via encryption. Information collected by EveryChild may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses or other contact data. Donors who have questions or would like to update their information can email info@foreverychild.org or call 309-736-7170. EveryChild will never share or sell any donor or client information and data.
