For Every Child (FEC) currently is NOT accepting applications for our Taiwan Adoption Program A, the program that places healthy infants from Taiwan. Due to recent changes many other foreign adoption programs have experienced, the adoption of healthy infants from Taiwan has become extremely popular. Unfortunately, our waiting lists are long and at this time we choose to focus on the adoption experience of FEC approved families.

FEC's staff and board are re-evaulating the situation on a quarterly basis and will choose to re-open the program to new applicants when we feel confident in providing realist timeframes for referrals.
