Laura Trinnaman
Executive Director

Laura has worked and volunteered in adoption education and foster care programs for over 12 years. While living in Taiwan she fell in love with the children of Taiwan and soon recognized the need for adoptive families for Taiwanese children. She assisted FFC in creating its successful Taiwan Adoption Programs and coordinates all aspects of FFC adoptions.Laura is the mother of seven children, three adopted domestically in the U.S. two adopted from Taiwan, and two biological children.

Shelley Stevens, LCSW, MSW
Director, Social Services


Shelley received her LSCW and MSW from the University of Utah. As Director of Social Services, she coordinates approving Home Studies placement recommendations. Personally and professionally committed to FFC's mission, she is the adoptive mother of four children.

James Trinnaman
Director, Business Operations


Following a successful 20 year career as an executive in the high-tech industry, James joins FFC as its Managing Director and is responsible for day-to-day business management, business development, finances, adoption programs oversight, and ensuring the integrity and success of our adoption programs.James has been involved in adoption for 12 years, and in addition to his extensive experience managing in corporate environments, he has first had experience living and working in the Asian region.James is the husband of Laura Trinnaman, our Executive Director, and is the father of seven children, five of whom are adopted.

Samantha Collier, S.S.W.
Program Social Worker and
Post Placement Coordinator

Formerly with A Nurture Adopt Agency, Samantha joined FEC in early 2008 and has led our Social Work efforts in Utah County.Prior to her time with A Nurture Adopt, Samantha worked for the State of Utah in providing social work activities for birth mothers and families throughout the state.Samantha is the mother of 3 beautiful girls.

Stephanie Williams, LCSW, MSW
Social Worker

Stephanie Williams joins us from Families For Children where she gained over 20 years of social work experience.She is responsible for performing Home Studies and Post Placement reports for our agency and is brings a strong background of experience to our team.

Carrie Mosley
Waiting Child and Education Coordinator

Carrie joined FEC in early 2008 and has held several roles, including Waiting Family Coordinator and Waiting Child Coordinator.She has also been instrumental in helping us organize and complete several humanitarian aid efforts.In particular, Carrie helped to orchestrate the decoration and furnishing of the St. Lucy Center Birth Mother home in Tainan, Taiwan, and participated in the 2007 Summer Miracles program.Carrie is currently working as Coordinator for our Taiwan adoption Program B, and is helping to build our Haiti program.Carrie has two beautiful girls and a wonderful son adopted from Taiwan, and is currently in the process of adopting an older girl from Taiwan to make a total of four adopted kids.

Cathy Ramage
Taiwan Adoption Program
Family Coordinator

Cathy has been with FEC since 2006 working in various roles, including: Waiting Child Coordinator, Waiting Family Coordinator, and her current role as Taiwan adoption Program A Coordinator.Cathy brings to the agency experience with older child and special needs adoption, and has been instrumental in helping our families through the long and sometimes arduous time on the waiting list.Cathy has six children, including a lovely girl from Russia, and two daughters from China.

Mandi Workman
Taiwan Adoption Program
Update Coordinator

Mandi joined our team in early 2008 and has been working as our Matched Family Coordinator to help families who have received adoption referrals complete their adoption process.She has also been responsible for providing those families with their much anticipated monthly updates.Mandi is the adoptive mother of one daughter from Taiwan, and one biological son.Mandi’s husband, Lindsay, is our currently serving as President on our Board of Directors.

Sally Chang
Taiwan In-Country Coordinator

Sally has been an important part of the FFC Taiwan Adoption Programs since their beginning. She is the Taiwanese mother of two children and currently resides in and is a native of Taiwan. Sally has studied in Taiwan, Japan and the United States. She is a successful business woman with ties throughout Asia and is an accomplished musician. Sally works daily with social service organizations in Taiwan on behalf of FFC. She is a committed team member who loves the hope adoption brings to the children of Taiwan in need of forever families.
